All About Me

We read "The Colors of Us" and talked about how beautiful it is that we all look so different... and how boring it would be if we all looked exactly the same.  For table time we worked on building those fine motor muscles by squeezing, cutting, and rolling play dough! We also shared a few more About Me Bags. If your kiddo hasn't shared yet please send something tomorrow. Also, please remember to send in Grandparent addresses for next week.

Flowers 💐

This week we had so much fun learning about seeds and flowers. Some of my favorite books from this week were The Tiny Seed   and Grow Flower, Grow!  We painted with watercolor paint and we made flowers with fork prints! We planted Marigolds, Zinnias, and Sunflower seeds! We already have a sprout! Our VIP shared his poster and some of his favorite things!

First Week

We read "Pete the Cat: Rocking in my School Shoes" We love Pete the Cat! The kiddos helped me sing the singing parts. We played outside, and for Table Time we explored Finger Paint. We also had plenty of time for classroom play and motor room too!

Last week we talked about winter. We made it snow in a jar, played in shaving cream "snow" and painted with puffy snow paint. Our VIP shared his poster, his favorite books, and had a special lunch guest!
