Halloween Party

As with everything in 2020... our Halloween Party was different, but amazing!! We were so bummed Trick or Treating at the courthouse couldn't happen this year, but we are SO grateful for our awesome neighbors Chamber of Commerce for letting us Trick-or-treat them!! We were all dressed up and needed some place to go and they were Awesome!! They even let the kiddos get a sneak peak at the Christmas on the Square decorations! Thank you to all of the families that supplied take home treats and cookies!! Miss Vicki, thanks for our fun mummy dog lunch!  Thank you to Miss Chelsea's mom, Claudia, for the T.P. donation it came in handy for turning each other into mummies!  We definitely made the most of our Halloween even if it wasn't our "normal" celebration!

Some of my favorite books from this week were The Tiny Seed   and Grow Flower, Grow!  We painted with watercolor paint and we made flowers with fork prints! First Week

We read "Pete the Cat: Rocking in my School Shoes" We love Pete the Cat! The kiddos helped me sing the singing parts. We played outside, and for Table Time we explored Finger Paint. We also had plenty of time for classroom play and motor room too!

Last week we talked about winter. We made it snow in a jar, played in shaving cream "snow" and painted with puffy snow paint. Our VIP shared his poster, his favorite books, and had a special lunch guest!
