Halloween Week!

We had so much fun getting ready for Halloween. We filled our sensory tub with orange and black rice and spiders, we made a spider web and used tweezer to get the spiders out, we had an eyeball relay race, painted with snakes and spiders, made a witches brew with lots of baking soda and vinegar, and read so many fun Halloween books! Our VIP shared his poster, favorite books, and had a special lunch visitor!

Flowers 💐

This week we had so much fun learning about seeds and flowers. Some of my favorite books from this week were The Tiny Seed   and Grow Flower, Grow!  We painted with watercolor paint and we made flowers with fork prints! We planted Marigolds, Zinnias, and Sunflower seeds! We already have a sprout! Our VIP shared his poster and some of his favorite things!

First Week

We read "Pete the Cat: Rocking in my School Shoes" We love Pete the Cat! The kiddos helped me sing the singing parts. We played outside, and for Table Time we explored Finger Paint. We also had plenty of time for classroom play and motor room too!

Last week we talked about winter. We made it snow in a jar, played in shaving cream "snow" and painted with puffy snow paint. Our VIP shared his poster, his favorite books, and had a special lunch guest!
